The question is to write CNF form for x ↔ (y1 ↔ y2)

(x|!y1|y2)&(x|y1|!y2)&(!x|y1|!y2)&(!x|!y1|y2)

Is above written formula a possible solution? As the exercise tool says its wrong.

Yes, they are different: just look at their BDDs which are shown below (root nodes are the two labeled with y2):
