Hello,

I have a query regarding determinization of first automata. How did r1 upon giving input a goes to (ro,r1)?

I have determinized it as:

The only difference is r1 on input a goes to ro.

Also, please guide how did we get these automaton formulas.

There was a bug in the example solution as you found out. Your solution is correct and that is now also fixed in the example solutions. Thanks for pointing out!
